With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
30 Day Returns
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 30 days of receiving your order for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and a valid receipt/delivery note.
Please Note:It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).
Customers are accountable for return shipping charges (excluding faulty items).

An all-around, road racing helmet that is light, cool, and fast.
Trek's lightest road helmet is now even lighter, saving grams and providing more comfort. Improved ventilation and channelling keep you cooler and move you faster. The MIPS Air system is light and cool, designed to improve comfort and protection. The single-lace BOA fit system is fully adjustable to provide a custom, 360° fit.
The Velocis features a low-profile design and new lighter-weight components, like an OCLV carbon inlay, making it 6 grams lighter than before. Multiple rounds of computational fluid dynamic modelling and wind-tunnel testing revealed a new helmet design optimized for airflow, making it 38% cooler and 18 seconds faster at 45 km/h compared to the prior Velocis and the original Ballista.
The Velocis's rubberised side vents make it easy to stow away your sunglasses when you're not wearing them. A bevelled edge above the brow opens up your field of view and lets you easily see the road ahead, even when tucked in the drops. The crash replacement guarantee provides a free helmet replacement if involved in a crash within the first year of ownership.
