You can collect your order at any of our stores for FREE. Please complete the checkout as normal and select the store where you would like your items to be delivered to. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection in your chosen store via email or text.

Once you place an order for a bike, our dedicated team will personally hand deliver it to your doorstep within a 30-mile radius, saving you the hassle of transportation and allowing you to start enjoying your new ride right away. The delivery cost is calculated after checkout is completed, with prices ranging from £30 to £50 depending on the distance. Rest assured, our delivery service is efficient and timely, providing you with the peace of mind that your purchase will arrive in perfect condition.
For all items sent via a Signed For or courier service we will provide a you with a tracking number. The tracking number will be sent via an email once your item has been shipped.
For items shipped by FedEx – please visit http://www.fedex.com/gb/ and use the “track domestic shipment” tab to track your item(s).
For items shipped by Royal Mail – Please visit https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item and enter your tracking number into the tracking reference box to track your item(s).
Please note that we will need to wait 21 Days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item sent by Royal Mail Signed For.
