Do you have a passion for customer service excellence and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment?

We have an exciting opportunity for a committed and passionate Sales Consultant to join our sales team at our award-winning Otley store.

As a Sales Consultant, in addition to shop-floor sales, you will be involved in all aspects of the day to store operations including.

 –          Providing excellent customer service and advice on a wide range of cycling kit  

–          Dealing with customer queries and understanding product knowledge

–          Checking stock levels and accurately processing sales through our EPOS system

–          Presenting the store to meet our visual merchandising standards

–          Assisting with processing deliveries onto our EPOS system 

To be successful, we’ll need you to:

 –         Be a keen cyclist as well as having previous retail experience

 –         Be methodical and able to follow process

–          Have the ability to lead sales by effectively understanding the customer’s needs

 –         Be a bright and enthusiastic ‘people person’ with good communication skills

–          Be self-motivated, hard-working, and able to work on your own initiative

–          Be a great team player
