GIRO HELMETS

The Giro Helmet Crash Replacement policy allows you to buy a replacement Giro helmet which has been damaged in a crash, at a reduced price.

To participate in the scheme you must have purchased your helmet within the last three years and be a resident in the UK or Ireland.

To take advantage of this scheme you will need to obtain the below information.

  • - A picture of the damaged helmet
  • - A covering letter detailing the information of the accident
  • - Proof of purchase of the damaged helmet
  • - Details of which replacement helmet you would like. (Model, size and colour)
  • - Your Full Name and address
  • - Contact Telephone Number

Please send the above information to customer.services@zyro.co.uk and the team will contact you for the applicable payment and will arrange the order for your replacement helmet.

Please note that not all Helmets are eligible to be replaced on this scheme

KASK HELMETS

If you have an accident and your helmet is damaged, you are able to return your damaged helmet to the Kask distributor (Velobrands LTD for the UK) who will supply you with a replacement model for 50% off RRP plus postage and packaging with a tracked next day courier service.

To benefit from the Kask Crash Replacement policy please email kask@velobrands.co.uk directly or simply return the damaged helmet to VeloBrands at the address below with your name, telephone number, email address and proof of original purchase.

They will contact you as soon as the helmet is received to take payment and ship the replacement.
