Chevin Cycles is proud to announce its new Click and Collect facility. Ordering online and collecting in-store is the easy and convenient way of scheduling your busy lifestyle. Order anytime, seven days a week, and follow these simple procedures.
How to collect your order in-store
Once your order has been fulfilled and has arrived in your chosen collection store we will contact you via text message (if you provided your mobile number) or by telephone call / email.
Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail and a proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving license) along with the credit/debit card you used to make your purchase online. We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact the collection store and we will happily extend this time where possible. Collect in store is subject to the items being in physical stock at the time or purchase. There may be a slight delay if the item is out of stock, in which case we will get in touch by telephone or e-mail.
Some of the brands that we stock, such as Trek and Whyte, impose a strict 'Collect In Store' only policy. This is to ensure that you get the correct size and are set up on the bike correctly when you go out on your first ride. Unfortunately there are no exceptions to this. If you live within a 30 mile radius to our Otley store we can deliver your bike using our Door to Door service.
