Store Update 05/01/2021

Our stores are classed as ‘Essential Retail’ and will remain open through the latest lockdown announced on the 4th January 2021. However, to ensure the continued safety of our team and customers we are operating under the following parameters.

Sales Floors

Our stores sales floors are open; however, during busy periods to maintain Social Distancing we may restrict access by locking the entrances. If you find this is the case on arrival, please adhere to the queue marker locations on our windows so our team can easily identify who is next to be served. We recommend that you come prepared for the current weather conditions. We may also restrict casual browsing to allow us to help as may customers as possible.

We have introduced clear store signage highlighting the safety measures we have in operation along with hand sanitation stations located within our store’s entrances.

New Bike Sales

If you are wanting to buy a bike, please try and call ahead to make an appointment with one of our sales consultants, this way we can prepare the bikes you are interested in and reduce the time needed in-store. 

Stock Availability

Due to the unprecedented level of demand for new bikes across the country, a vast proportion of the 2020 model range is now sold out. We are working hard to secure stock daily and most of our suppliers are bringing forward their 2021 model range. We are currently taking pre-orders on this stock so we would recommend you calling us to check the latest availability.

 Workshop

Our workshops are operating our repair and service work as normal however this is still on a pre-booked in basis. If you have an item that needs repairing, please call your closest store and we check our availability and find a convenient slot for you.

Due to the increased demand for services our Workshop lead times may vary from store to store.

 Email Enquiries

Our teams are working incredibly hard to respond to the large volume of emails we receive in a timely manner, however, there may be occasions where there is a delay in our response. Please be patient and we will respond as soon as we can.
