You can collect your order at any of our stores for FREE. Please complete the checkout as normal and select the store where you would like your items to be delivered to. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection in your chosen store via email or text.
ROYAL MAIL 1st Class
FREE for all orders over £30, £3.99 for orders under £30
Used for smaller packages that can usually fit through your letterbox. Orders usually arrive the next working day, although occasionally delays can occur.
Excludes Bikes
FEDEX Courier service
£15 Flat Rate
Next Day delivery. Used for all bikes, and large, high value and bulky packages. Signature required on delivery. Detailed online tracking information available
How do I track my shipment?
For all items sent via a Signed For or courier service we will provide a you with a tracking number. The tracking number will be sent via an email once your item has been shipped.
For items shipped by FedEx – please visit http://www.fedex.com/gb/ and use the “track domestic shipment” tab to track your item(s).
For items shipped by Royal Mail – Please visit https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item and enter your tracking number into the tracking reference box to track your item(s).
Non-Arrival
Please note that we will need to wait 21 Days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item sent by Royal Mail Signed For.
